Ac-IETD-AFC is a fluorogenic caspase-8/granzyme B substrate containing the acetyl (Ac) moiety. This substrate is hydrlyzed by caspase 8 to generate highly fluorescent 7-amido-4-trifluoromethylcoumarin (AFC).
