| 产品介绍 | background: EGFL3 (epidermal growth factor-like protein 3), also known as MEGF6 (multiple epidermal growth factor-like domains protein 6), is a 1,541 amino acid secreted protein containing twenty-seven EGF-like domains and an EMI domain. Existing as two alternatively spliced isoforms, the gene encoding EGFL3 maps to human chromosome 1p36.32. The largest human chromosome, spanning about 260 million base pairs and making up 8% of the human genome, chromosome 1 contains about 3,000 genes. The rare aging disease Hutchinson-Gilford progeria, as well as Stickler syndrome, Parkinsons, Gaucher disease and Usher syndrome, are associated with chromosome 1. EGFL3(.ermal.factor-like protein 3)又称MEGF6(..ermal.factor-like domains protein 6，多表皮生长因子样结构域蛋白6)，是一种含有27个EGF样结构域和EMI结构域的1541氨基酸分泌蛋白。作为两个交替剪接的亚型存在，编码EGFL3的基因映射到人类染色体1p33.32。人类最大的染色体，跨越约2.6亿个碱基对，占人类基因组的8％，1号染色体包含约3000个基因。罕见的老年性疾病哈钦森-吉尔福德早老症以及斯蒂克勒综合征、帕金森病、高雪病和厄舍综合征与1号染色体相关。
